You agree to behave in a respectful and responsible manner throughout your tour, showing respect for local customs, laws, and regulations. If your behavior is disruptive, illegal, or endangers yourself or others, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the tour without refund.

6.3 Health and Fitness

You must inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs that may affect your ability to participate in the tour. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requirements, but cannot guarantee that all services will be accessible to all individuals.

6.4 Itinerary Changes

While we make every effort to operate tours as advertised, changes to the itinerary may be necessary due to local conditions, weather, or other factors. We reserve the right to modify routes, activities, and accommodations as needed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

If you have a complaint during your tour, you must inform your tour leader or our local representative immediately, giving them the opportunity to resolve the issue on the spot.

If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily during your tour, you must submit a written complaint to us within 28 days of the end of your tour. We will investigate your complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through our complaint procedure, we agree to engage in good faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
